What is the main composition of the bag dust collector, the main component of the bag dust collector, the bag dust collector is mainly composed of filter bags, bag cages, flower boards, bag rooms, clean air chambers, ash buckets, inlet and outlet air ducts, ash cleaning systems and ash conveying systems, etc. The bag dust collector body structure is mainly composed of the upper box, the middle box, the lower box (ash bucket), the ash cleaning system and the ash discharge mechanism.
Working principle: install the draft hood above the dust generating point, the draft hood directly adsorbs the air with dust, directly transports it to the bag dust collector through the pipeline, the cloth bag inside the dust collector directly filters out the dust, the clean air is directly discharged, the dust falls into the ash bucket, and the dust can be cleaned regularly. If the amount of dust is relatively large, it can be treated with an unloader. The small amount of dust can be treated regularly by hand
1) Box
The box is mainly used to fix the dust removal skeleton, filter bag and air circuit components, and is made of fully enclosed form, when cleaning the ash, the compressed air first enters the box, and then rushes into the inside of each filter bag. The top is equipped with a manhole access door, the installation and replacement of the bag cage, dust filter bag are all carried out here, very convenient, according to the different specifications, the box is divided into several rooms, separated from each other by steel plates, not breathable to each other, in order to achieve offline ash cleaning. Each room is equipped with a poppet valve to switch the filter airflow.
(2) Bag room
The bag chamber is in the lower part of the box, mainly used to accommodate the bag cage and the dust removal cloth bag, and forms a filter space, the purification of flue gas is mainly carried out here, the same as the box, according to the different specifications are also divided into several rooms, and separated by partitions, in order to prevent mutual interference between the chambers during the ash cleaning, while forming a certain settlement space.
(3) Ash bucket
The ash bucket is arranged in the lower part of the bag room, in addition to storing the dust collected down, it is also used as an intake main pipe (lower intake method), when the dust-containing gas enters the ash bucket before entering the bag chamber, due to the large volume of the ash bucket, the air flow speed is reduced, coupled with the change of the direction of the air flow, so that the coarser dust particles are separated here, the lower part of the ash bucket is arranged with screw conveyors or air chutes and other conveying equipment, and the outlet is also equipped with a rotary unloader or flap valve and other air locking equipment, which can continuously discharge ash.
(4) In and out of the air outlet
The air inlet is divided into two kinds according to the structural form of the dust collector, the air inlet of the 32 series is cylindrical type, directly welded on the side plate of the ash bucket, the air outlet is arranged in the lower part of the box, the side of the bag chamber, through the poppet plate hole and the inside of the box, and the other series of air inlet outlets are made into one, arranged on the side of the bag room, between the box and the ash bucket. In the middle, the oblique partition is separated into two parts that are not breathable to each other, respectively, the air inlet and the air outlet, although the volume of this structural form is larger, but the air flow is evenly distributed, and the pre-dust removal effect in the ash bucket is good, which is suitable for use in occasions with large flue gas dust concentration.
