1. The power supply voltage is insufficient
For example, the vibrating screen is designed according to the 380V three-phase electricity, if the line is not connected according to the regulations, the voltage is insufficient, which will cause the vibrating screen amplitude to be small.
2. Too few eccentric blocks
By increasing or decreasing the number of eccentric blocks, controlling the magnitude of the amplitude, you can try to increase the amplitude by increasing the number of eccentric blocks.
3. The angle of the eccentric block is too small
If the vibrating screen is equipped with a vibration motor, the size of the eccentric block angle at both ends of the motor shaft will also affect the amplitude, the angle becomes smaller, the excitation force becomes larger, the amplitude becomes larger, and the amplitude becomes smaller, so the amplitude can be adjusted by changing the angle.
4. The amount of feed is large and the material is accumulated
If the stone material transported to the sieve surface at one time exceeds its bearing range, the remaining material or accumulation material in the sieve surface and the under-sieve funnel is too much, resulting in increased equipment load and affecting the amplitude. At this time, it is necessary to stop first, reduce the material on the screen to the normal range, and then start. In addition, the particle size of the material is directly related to the calculation result of the vibrating screen amplitude.
5. The spring design is unreasonable
We know that the vibrating screen is mainly composed of vibrators, sieve boxes, support devices, transmission devices and other parts, the spring is an important part of the support device, so in the design of the spring, the net variable of the spring is less than the height of the device, otherwise, it will cause the vibrating screen amplitude to be small; However, if the net variable of the spring is too large, it may cause the body to detach from the spring.
6. The cause of equipment failure
Check the motor first, if the motor is damaged, the motor needs to be replaced; Secondly, check the electrical components in the control circuit, if the electrical components are damaged, the electrical components need to be replaced.
Supplement: There are many reasons for the motor to burn: loosening of the anchor bolts, improper installation, adjustment of eccentric blocks, loose sealing of the protective cover, ambient temperature, etc. will cause the motor to burn.
2) Vibrator failure
Check the grease viscosity in the vibrator, add the appropriate grease, and then check whether the vibrator is faulty, and repair or replace it in time.
It should be noted that in the process of adjusting the amplitude of the vibrating screen, whether it is increasing the weight of the eccentric block, adjusting the angle of the eccentric block, or increasing or decreasing the counterweight block on the flywheel and the pulley (the shaft eccentric vibrator), the vibration source (exciter or vibrating motor) of the vibrating screen must be adjusted the same amount, otherwise it will cause damage to the equipment.
